How do I measure for a bracelet?
Measure around your or your baby's wrist or ankle, close to the skin but not too tight.  The beads must touch the skin so that they will warm with the skin temperature, thus releasing healing succinic acid. Please use your judgement as a parent to ensure it is not too tight for your child.  You can use an existing bracelet or necklace to measure around your baby's wrist/ankle, or a tape measure with centimeter intervals.

Can I return the bracelet if it doesn't fit?
You are welcome to return your bracelet if it is too big or small when you receive it and a replacement size will be sent our asap.  
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to be eligible for a return. 
Any faulty bracelets may be returned for replacement or full refund also.
Please note, returns will not be approved if not received in their original condition and packaging.  
NOTE: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

When will I receive my bracelet?
Sizes which are currently available in stock will ship within 2 days of receipt of order.
'Special Order' sizes will be available to ship within 1 week of receipt of order.  
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time via standard post with the Irish Postal Service, AnPost, is as follows:

• Estimated delivery time to Rep. Of Ireland is Overnight to one working day.
• Estimated delivery time to the UK and Europe is 2-3 working days.
• Estimated delivery time to the US is 5-10 working days.
• Estimated delivery time to Rest Of World is 7-14 working days.
  

How do I care for my Amber Bracelet?
Amber must be in contact with the skin as it works by warming against the skin.  You will notice it maintains the surrounding temperature. Occasionally expose the amber to natural sunlight.  Avoid getting your jewelry wet if possible.  Occasionally give the beads a gentle polish with a soft damp cloth. Regularly check the beads and clasps for damage to ensure they are secure and safe for your child.
